The 30 Hour Famine is an international youth movement to fight hunger. More than a million teens from around the globe participate every year, with more than half of those here in the United States. (To find out more about the 30 Hour Famine, check out the "About the Famine" page.)
More than that, the Famine is another way to continue to serve those who suffer as a result of HIV & AIDS. While to many the problems of AIDS and hunger seem like different issues, they are actually intricately linked. And in recognition of that, we have developed AIDS-specific materials for the 30 Hour Famine that you can use to keep the education and focus about AIDS, while seeing how AIDS and hunger are linked, and having a means of helping those caught in the cycle of poverty.
For AIDS-related resources for the 30 Hour Famine, check out the AIDS Resources page.
